08Cookies and tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies, those needed to make the site work and to keep it secure, are always active. All other cookies are set only with your consent, which you give through our cookie banner and can change at any time via the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of any page.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may then not work as intended.

09Marketing

If you are an existing customer we may email you about products and services similar to those you have bought. Every message includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time by clicking it or emailing us. If you are not a customer we will only send you marketing if you have asked us to. Asking for a quote does not sign you up to marketing.

10Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and restricting access to staff who need it. No system is completely secure, but we take our obligations seriously and will notify you and the ICO where the law requires it following a personal data breach.

11Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always on this page, with the last updated date shown at the top. Where changes are significant we will bring them to your attention.
